Lent Course

“Learning Together: Lent 2021

North Mull Churches warmly invite you to join this years Lent study on “Life Changing Stories”

The third of their Bible studies, Scripture from the Margins, Church Action on Poverty focuses this one on the Acts of the Apostles.

From Shrove Tuesday to Holy Week we will explore aspects of poverty, what the Bible says about them, and of how we might put our faith into action in response.

Facilitated, non recorded Zoom sessions each Tuesday at 2pm (Pam Wisher) and 7.30pm (Liz Gibson) lasting no more than 90 minutes.
All materials are provided but it would be handy to have access to a Bible for further reference.

If you wish to sign up to receive the Zoom link or just want more information, please contact Pam Wisher initially on [email protected] or 07769651308.

Also
Church Action on Poverty Sunday is 21st February 2021. The theme is “New Wineskins”.
You can download video clips which show inspiring examples of how prayer and gifts can help people in poverty to speak “truth to power”.
